Ensuring the well being of our most strategic and valuable PR assets – our people – Jeannie is responsible for managing Walt & Company processes that fuel our ability to succeed. A 15-year Walt & Company veteran, Jeannie is skilled at understanding both the big picture when it comes to employee motivation and retention, but also the smallest nuances that enhance and sustain our professional work environment.

Jeannie’s ability to manage a wide range of technical services including overseeing our IT infrastructure, media databases, the agency's social media and tech PR services, and professional management systems continually amazes everyone at the agency. In addition, over the years she has fine-tuned her negotiation skills and is definitely not someone to try to bluff in a high-stakes poker game.

Known by people who know her best as Silicon Valley’s “cupcake aficionado,” when not working Jeannie can often be found baking with her two assistants, daughters Kira and Keegan, or sipping espresso with her husband, The Professor.
