		<description>Interesting thoughts and would definitely agree.  I would also add in that they need to have a fundamental understanding of their company/client&#039;s sales process.  Good PR has to tie back to improving the bottom line, in a commercial scenario of course.

Congeniality and passion
Mind like a journalist
Thirst for knowledge

Excellent writing skills
Ability to present
Ability to multi-task
