MSI Computer
MSI Computer, a global PC manufacturer, selected Walt & Company to increase its social networking visibility, expand its brand awareness and position its All-in-One (AIO) touch screen PCs, notebooks and netbook computers. The successful strategic social media marketing campaign
targeted consumers, business/technology partners, bloggers, and media contacts. Leveraging the agency’s proven approach to social media marketing, Walt & Company helped MSI assess existing social media conversations, identify the appropriate social media tools and platforms to reach MSI’s desired audiences, and managed the execution of a targeted social media engagement campaign via Twitter, Facebook and other social media outlets and photo/video sharing sites. This effort included several initiatives to promote MSI holiday giveaways, consumer promotions and product deals as a means to build customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Results: Walt & Company developed a dedicated MSI Computer Facebook page and Twitter account, establishing new relationships with MSI customers, consumers, industry influencers, and media contacts. In addition, Walt & Company worked with MSI to drive regular interaction with key audiences through regular posts on company and product news, and by hosting several high-profile product giveaways and holiday promotions. As a result, MSI Facebook and Twitter fan/follower based increased significantly in a short three-month period – a 150+ percent increase in Twitter followers, and a 450+ increase in Facebook fans – helping MSI significantly extend its online visibility and brand recognition.
